Patras Port Authority S.A., as the legal successor of the Patras Port Fund, after the enactment of L. 2932/2001, is a single shareholder Public Entity, subject to the HRADF (Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund) (2996/12-11-2012).

The structure, Management and general operation of the Authority is governed by the Statutes of L.2932/2001 as amended since then, (GG Issue on S.A.s-LLCs – GCR 2463/24-04-2013), and is supplemented by L.2190/1920.
